A Little Love
October Breast Cancer Awareness Month
This completed campaign reserved 2–3 appointments per day on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during October 2026 for women currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation.
Potential cosmetic care services, based on individual suitability:
- Gentle scalp and hair care
- Gentle scalp massage, when appropriate
- Hair cleansing and conditioning, when appropriate
- Headwrap guidance
- Personalized home-care recommendations
- Red light therapy considered only with specific oncology-team approval and device suitability review
Come as you are. Photos and storytelling are not required.

Do I need to share my story?
For A Little Love, no. Photos and storytelling are not required. Beyond the Hair includes campaign photos and video, but you choose which personal details you share and complete separate media consent before any filming.
Are these services free?
No campaign is being described as free. Beyond the Hair offers discounted campaign pricing. For October care appointments, appointment details and any cost are confirmed before booking.
Do I need medical clearance?
Oncology-team clearance is required for October care appointments. The consultation helps us adapt any cosmetic care to your treatment and current scalp condition. Your care team should decide whether a salon service is appropriate for you.
Is red light therapy included?
It is not automatically included. A salon red light device is not the same as hospital photobiomodulation. It may be considered only with specific approval from your oncology team and a review of whether the device and service are suitable. We do not claim it prevents hair loss, treats cancer, or guarantees regrowth.
Can I bring a support person?
Yes. Let us know when we reply to your inquiry so we can plan a comfortable visit and confirm space for your support person.
Can I still request an October appointment?
A Little Love is closed and its request form is no longer available. Beyond the Hair remains a separate campaign; use its application instructions above.
